Celebrating Angie Allendorf Price's 33 years and 5 National Championships with the Dancing Blues!
Angie Allendorf Price has coached the Washburn University Dancing Blues for over 33 years. In that time, she has helped Washburn secure national championships in five different years (2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019) and has been the longest-serving active coach of a Washburn team. Angie is now retiring from coaching after 33 years of building team after team, choreographing dance moves, traveling hundreds of miles to compete and spending many hours putting rhinestones on costumes. Family and friends have created the Angie Allendorf Price Fund at the Washburn University Alumni Association and Foundation to honor Angie's time with the Dancing Blues. This fund will be used to support future Dancing Blues, the program and travel opportunities. A generous donation of $5,000 was given from an anonymous donor in her honor.
Please consider supporting the Angie Allendorf Price Fund to help say thank you to Angie for her time spent with the Dancing Blues and to create a solid foundation for future teams to build on the success she created!
